Service Description
Using the practice of yoga asana as a moving meditation, guided by the breath we can slowly explore our inner landscapes to shed layers of tension and stories that are holding us back. With the practice of pranayama (breathwork), we create a bridge between the conscious and unconscious areas of the mind, opening up the body's energy systems to create space for deep healing. Yoga is a profound practice that benefits the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. Everything we experience on the mat inevitably penetrates into our daily life creating positive changes. These sessions are tailor-made to suit your physical, emotional and mental needs, drawing from various styles including vinyasa and yin yoga. The classes are slow-paced, mixing gentle flow and holding longer poses. They are an opportunity to unwind, re-align and relax. 1-1 classes are a great opportunity for total beginners, those who want to deepen their practice, and anyone with injuries. Classes are held online and small groups are welcome to share the cost. Longer sessions or in-person classes are also available depending on location.
