Service Description

Sound healing is a modality that dates back as early as ancient Egyptian, Greek, and Roman times. During a sound bath, different sounds and frequencies wash over the body, accessing the deeper waters and clearing stagnant and negative energies. People often fall into a deep meditative state and it is in this place that healing occurs. After a sound bath people leave feeling deeply rested, calmer, clear-headed and more vitalised. The entire energetic system gets reset. Sometimes memories, visions and messages can also come through. Each ceremony is always different, and whatever you receive is what is needed. The session incorporates gong, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls and various other smaller instruments. We use gentle breathing and meditation techniques to ease our way into the journey alongside the optional use of flower essences and essential oils which add another dimension of vibrational healing and can assist us with our intentions. After the session, there is time for integration and feedback. Sessions last 75-90mins. I can also accommodate 2 people if you would like to share the price, please let me know beforehand.
